This ideal is obviously very close to Tony's heart and carries over into every dish that leaves the kitchen. From teaching our pizza cooks how to hand-toss the dough, to ensuring that ingredients go through a rigorous taste test before being incorporated into our menu, Bruno's works to ensure that all of our customers feel good about their experience.
